I don't like the plan they had on there, I'm curious if they have unlimited minutes after 7 PM (I have sprint and they offer this to me now)also if I have them does it transfer over with them or do I have to break contract to sign up with them and family plans more minutes flexible plans etc etc.. I'd rather get kicked in the balls once an hour than deal with the customer service drones at these two companies.
It is simply not possible to find worse customer service than at these two companies. |

Every time I have tried to talk to them they have been courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and quick to resolve my issue.
I would say my experience with Bellsouth and Verizon have been much, much worse experiences. They both have the attitude of "Hey, whadda gonna do, we're Verizon/Bellsouth, you really can't go anywhere else... so we'll get to it when *WE* are ready." -- Use the OS tool for the job - loser fanboy. |

It follows the same process if you switch plans with your current provider. If you move over to the cable plan from a normal sprint plan you have to sign a new 2 year agreement.
basically the plan includes from what i can remember seeing: unlimited free calling to home free call forwarding - normally .20 a minute email app so you get your email pushed to your phone, assuming you use your @comcast or @timewarner addresses Live TV Integrated voicemail with your home phone but you have to have the cable co.'s home phone for it to work |

| Yea? It's about average.. $5 buys another 100 minutes, right? So for the circa $40 equal, you'd get 400 minutes.. BUT, for that extra you also get things with the cable plan that sprint doesn't give you, like free calls home and the other integrated features. It's not all that different if you do the math.
Second, Sprint also has other plans too. For $39.99 a month, I get 350 minutes, BUT, I also get all my incoming calls for free. EVERY PLAN has an upside AND a downside.. they don't give you a plan that has the best of all. Some plans let you roam easier than others.. some give you free long distance in your area with higher minutes but you pay for long distance outside your area.. Great for those that don't travel.. BUT, travel once and you're screwed.
The $33 plan for alot of people will be attractive since there are many people that don't have cell phones and are reluctant to. Many people just want to be able to be kept in contact with home.. this plan could be attractive to them.
Cable isn't after the cell phone business all together.. they're after adding more services to their customers. I doubt you will see TWC, Cox, Comcast, et. all. marketing their cell phone service as a first line product.
What I see from these two posts in this thread.. you're hard core cell users.. This isn't going to be for you.. and they know it. (And I can't even call you a hard core cell user if you have a 500 minute plan and are looking for price.. if you were, you'd go for a plan from something like Amp'd mobile where you get 3500 minutes for $99 a month.) -- "Wipe out the national deficit over night... quote: Under the name SpectrumCo, the companies managed to snag a large swath of spectrum in the recent FCC AWS auction - technically enough to make them the nation's fifth largest wireless provider.
If they are using Sprint's network then why did they buy spectrum? To me this would be much more interesting to watch if they actually used their big wallets to start their own networks. That way we could have more competition in the cell phone industry, because I'm sure their contract with sprint would be void if they became to competitive. -- »www.rockinthebury.com andhttp://www.cranburypcrepair.com |

200 for $33. That is HORRIBLE! I dont care what kind of "features" you may get with that, that is CRAP! Now we see the failure of bundling. This quadruple play is a miserable failure. |
