Murder Rebut

I think when a story as such should not say a "Comcast tech" But name the actual company that they work for then stating after a sub contractor under Comcast. I do know that efforts have been made to better the efforts to hire contractors with background checks as such as Comcast employees, but the system is still not perfect. I really dont think Comcast is to blame, nor should Comcast get bad publicity over what had happened. As for the sleeping incident, That guy probably was sitting on hold with dispatch for sometime and the customer should have just said something to him and wake him up... we all know how boring it gets waiting with a phone plastered to your ear especially when you've just ran lines to a house... through a house, and waiting for provisioning of a device. 2 weeks ago I was walking through New York City, and noticed a Time Warner van on the side of a street as I walked by I looked in and noticed there were 2 techs both sleeping in the van. Should I have taken pictures and sent them to Youtube? Or should I have kept walking and minded my own business.
