I had already heard similar stories about the Kurds. They apparently just love our soldiers who use their portion of the country as a "safe zone" for their bases. The Shiites and, especially, the Sunnis are the crazy ones. Perhaps one day they will crawl out of the dark ages and join the 21st century, along with their religion. |
