not one bit.

I'd care if cable companies would LOWER rates for once...

Who honestly cares about the majority of cable channels anyway?

...all I want out of 'em is television, and internet. and if it came down to it, I'd rather pay 'em for that 6Mhz of bandwidth for internet than all the rest of what's coming down that wire spewing out useless, unused video signals.

sprints network is overpimped anyways.

They pimp out their network to every MVNO that comes calling anyways. I'd actually run the other way if my cable co offers it.

no

I don't even care about the double play. I could care less about a consolidated bill.

with the option these days to pay online or even automatic deductions, it's actually easier to see what the provider of each service is charging if you get the services separately.

how the hell are you going to tell if your "quadruple play" provider mis-charges without spending time poring over the consolidated bill and probably spending time on the phone?

I'm for it if it can be offered at a discount and is reliable. I'd think VZ could do a really kick-ass job if they offered the whole hog - HSI,TV,Phone and Voice/Data wireless.

agreed. why do they keep touting this as such a huge advantage? so it takes an extra 2 minutes to write a check, 30 seconds to use online bill pay, or 0 seconds for auto pay by credit card. a combined bill is not a miracle.

not interested. we dont need a home phone. we have a contract with cell phone, can't break that, unless the cable co is willing to pay the penalty

quad plays

Makes sense to gather in and contract up your customers as much as possible. People will fall for the Quadruple play, but there is one question, what kind of price are cell companies going to use to bring customers into quadplays, since if you think about it, the triple plays get consumers mainly by $$$, not single bill or other crap, and all the triple play services are unlimited, what happens when you put in a multi tier (of minutes) system of cell phone plans? Will be hard to pull people in unless there is a unlimited cell phone plan, and those are prohibited so far by the cell phone market.

Nope

Don't care about the triple plays - too expensive when I consider I pay Vonage $15/mo for service, the discount on cable is laughable, and so is the discount on the internet.

Could care less about triple/quad plays.

Wouldn't care

I don't care for triple play or even quadruple play. If they offered you a choice individually and wouldn't charge you extra for not getting it bundled, then I don't have a problem with it.

Re: No

I don't care to bundle services just for the sake of having one larger bill.

I find it difficult to believe the cable co's just finished spending $2.4 billion on spectrum at the auction but have so little interest in having a wireless product.

At least you can get cable internet without cable TV.

I have no such option with DSL unless I purchase a POTS line.
