so i guess you all hold comcast to higher standards then the police. if they felt he was guilty they should have done something. if not its part of living in the usa. we are innocent until proven guilty. the guys just suing because comcast has deep pockets. we will wait for the settlement. for the record yes comcast could have lett himgo and if the police would have suggested they felt he did it im sure they would have. just saying he was a suspect isnt enough. everyone questioned is a suspect.

for the record comcast requires and enforces that every contractor pass a criminal back ground check. the tech doesnt get a tech number until comcast has all the paperwork in hand.
