I think what everyone fails to see is most other providers do not have caps and they handle the bandwidth fine. So whats up?

Canada Caps as low as ONE gigabyte a month

Up in Canada they cap as low as one gigabyte a month then drain your bank account dry if you go over that cap. Ten bucks for every gigabye over ONE gigabyte a month. This is combined download plus upload. Many have just given up and gotten a dial up account from American because in America they don't cap dial up accounts.
