It's good to see NBC and News Corp being proactive. If they don't like their shows being placed on YouTube, then placing them on their own platform is fine with me. The library of video would be enormous, not to mention it could be better quality, because Youtube isn't all that great if you ask me. |

Your totaly right piracy has forced the studios to give the consumers what they want that is advertising supported free to the consumer content .In the conference call yesterday Jeff Zucker the NBC CEO even mentioned WEB 2.0 and Mashups and a whole lot of social networking tolls that will be included with this product . |

I can already imagine all the worthwhile content will be pay to watch. They did mention some programming will be for sale ala iTunes. I bet the only free stuff will be the stupid crap already available on youtube. |
