I got an e-mail (spam BTW) that was titled "I had a great time last night" The subject was something about "Visit my website, blah blah." I wonder how many non-techie boy/girlfriend and wives/husbands out there believed an e-mail like this was legitimately sent to their significant other and they were cheating. |

Poor communication skills in a over developed communication society. With all the tools we have to communicate this days is amazingly stupid for this couple to end the relationship like this (well,,, they would have ended anyways,,,). Like the fr***ing Blackberry is the only way to communicate today. |

If she broke up with him for these reasons, then he should be happy. She was probably too much of a pain to deal with, if she truly thought there was deceit behind his silence. If the situations were reversed - and he broke up with her for the same reason - then I'd tell her to go enjoy her life without the psycho boyfriend.
If a lawyer actually believes this has merit and decides to take it to court, he should be disbarred.
