| Comcast, you can come take this S**T out!
I pay my bills online, to avoid the hassle of late payments, stamps (which are an ancient thing of the past), and buying those wretched envelopes. So, for the third time, in my long 2.5 year history with Comcast, I received a past due notice in the mail yesterday. But, I made that payment online a week before it was due! Here we go again, my stomach cramps, my teeth grind, and my head boils! No, I am not a hothead, I am actually very timid, although, this is the rapport Comcast and I have created. So, I called the wonderfully memorized customer service line, I get a nice woman who gives me her supervisors fax number, so I go on my lunch hour, and get a payment summary from my bank. I fax it over, and call comcast when it is "OK'ed"...big mistake. The operator I get cannot seem to understand me, or doesn't wan't to, thank goodness for his foreign tongue, to get him out of any english speaking he doesn't wan't to perform. So, I request another operator, and he refuses. So, then I ask for a supervisor, and I get no repsonse. So, I hang up the phone, after about 20 wasted minutes, and call back. Again, I get a foreign man, different from the last, who is reluctant to help me. He tells me there will be an investigation and tries to take down the information I am giving to him, making sure he updates my account. Ugh! What an ordeal. So, he then tells me he can no longer help me, and that I will get an email in about 5 days regarding my case. Do they even have my email? I wondered. So, I asked him, what email do you have listed for me, so I can look for it. He responds, "That is confidential sir, I can no longer do anything else for you." Is that customer service? So my response was, "If I dont receive a call or a letter via mail in 5 business days, regarding this situation, you can come take this shit out!" The End. |
