 | | Serious issue in this Case After reading the claim filed, a serious issue comes to mind.
Where were the law enforcement officials in this case? State and Federal law enforcement officials should have already begun arresting numerous defendants; employees of the record labels (Atlantic, Capitol, UMG, BMG, ...), RIAA, Media Sentry, and Settlement Support Center for violations involving RICO, CFAA, blackmail, and unlicensed investigation (just for starters).
Assuming, law enforcement officials were initially unaware of the criminal activity of the defendants, why aren't they going after them now? -- Do yourself a favor, just say no to anything Windows. | |
