Ill let him come to my house and pretend to be me to see what customer support is really like. and he will also find out that 8 out of 10 calls results in no action being taken what so ever.....

I can't find this so called $10 "naked" DSL in the first place. It should be advertised because the lowest pricing I see is still $15. Outright lies!
