Los Angeles, CA | He should be repemended His was on the clock and supposed to be doing work for comcast and not for fire department. It's clear that he failed in his duty and should be reprimanded for that failure.

| Awesome job Rick Comcast takes pride in the community. It doesn't matter if Rick was on his way to a fiber outage. Stopping to help REAL PEOPLE takes precedence over cable, internet, and phone any day. Rick is the hero. He just happens to make Comcast look good. I work for Comcast as well and will tell you that for all the bad press that we get, there is more good press waiting to be told. Some, well most, of us are professionals who care about what we do, who we impact, and how we present ourselves. | |

| Funny how it's commendable today for people to do what previous generations wouldn't have thought twice about. Ah well. Kudos to this young man; F Comcast.
The fact that this guy wears a Comcast uniform has nothing to do with the story other than Comcast get to suckle at the good PR titty for a change.
Your rates will still rise every year, and Comcast's brass will fatten --hopefully for the slaughter.
