Comments on news posted 2007-08-11 13:07:28: Way back in 2003 Novell and SCO got into a dispute about who owns Unix. This led to multiple lawsuits by Novell against SCO and by SCO against IBM. It took some time to get it all sorted out, but the court has ruled that Novell is the owner of Unix. ..
