hold out for more?

i called today and let them know i paid 600 over the last year for 1 hd receiver and for a the hd tivo.
the rep said she could offer a new hd and a new hd dvr for 199. i told her we know someone who had two replaced at no charge, she told us they were doing it earlier in the summer,but not now.

my contract is up in January, told her i would think it over.
can i get a better deal? and with a free install would they put in a multi-switch at no extra charge?
