No. But I believe mistakes are made all the time. And people genuinely like to fix things when they've gone wrong. However, you have to give them a chamce to fix it. Sprint can't fix her problem if the Consumerist knows about it before they do. |

While nobody likes to receive a crazy billing, this is obviously a MISTAKE and for her to hit the media with it B4 she gets the initial Sprint response is nuts IMHO. Mistakes do happen. Find something REAL to complain about and don't waste people's time. |

I guess you've never had to go deal with a company billing error. It's a hassle and wastes YOUR time and money. How many times would she have to call, explain her issue, be transferred to another representative, put on hold, and all of that in order to get this issue fixed? That's not how things should be done. Of course it's not that big of a deal if it happened occasionally, but I hear of people having problems over and over. I think it's worth having Sprint get some bad press over. If she owed the money I'm sure that Sprint would take whatever measures it deemed necessary to collect. |
