They deserve to be booted.

They ignored multiple tickets for months, they screwed up my number transfer, and they ripped me off when I had finally had enough and cancelled.

To hell with them.

I'm with ViaTalk and started before the SunRocket thing, but service was shady for a bit. The past 7+ months have been fantastic, but I know a lot of people posted messages about problems.

I can understand why ppl complained to the BBB since hold times were 1+ hours which is ridiculous.

On March 27, 2007 this company's membership in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure to respond to one or more consumer complaints filed with the BBB.
Given that ViaTalk had less than 30 complaints in the two years between 2005 and 2007 and over 140 in the last when they took over for the dopes at Sunrocket, Sunrocket certainly had a major impact.

And looking at the report, the VAST majority of complaints were resolved or the BBB indicates that ViaTalk vent to great lengths to resolve them.

Just the number of complaints in the 12 month period, not that ViaTalk didn't resolve them is the reason they were delisted.

I will express myself in another way...

This is another NON-STORY. The BBB is a throwback to the old days when you would "Dun" someone.
Their rankings and business model are shirt, no one cares what they think.

Reporting on their impact to a business just perpetuates their image that they actually mean something.
