Comments on news posted 2008-01-13 15:09:51: Vonage has launched an initiative, called MyVonage, which is designed to retain the customers that the VoIP company currently still has. Many Vonage customers fled the company in the last year as the provider dealt with its many patent lawsuits. ..

Happy with Vonage

I've been using Vonage for over a year. It's my home office phone and average 50 hrs a month on the service. Very happy with the features and reliability... rock solid.

Chances are . . .

The V- Portal on My Vonage is probably for PC users only. It doesn't do a thing for dead Vonage routers that Vonage refuses to replace. Been there, done that and got my money back, too.

Vonage shot itself in the foot with lies, hidden fees and zero customer service a long time ago.. Now all it is doing is trying to avoid going down the tubes, altogether. They are half-way there now.

Vonage could have been, and would have been a great VOIP service, except for one thing. They chose sleaze over cheese and the mouse got away.
