Setting aside the doom and gloom, cable cuts averaging 1 every 3 days? Why the hell haven't they done something about that, and how can they afford THAT many repairs?
And why has it taken more than a week to fix the first two cuts? With 1 every 3 days, you'd think by now they'd have the repair down to an "eyes closed" art.
