Pakistan help?

This is yet another example of what happens when you give technology to a society that was barely Iron Age technology a scant 50 years ago. They mis-use and abuse the technology. A society that is locked up behind a fundamental religion (regardless of the actual religeon) is not ready to step into the 21st century, so there will be amazing growing pains, which unfortunately affect the rest of us.

*shrugs* Sounds like an honest mistake to me and someone in HK (PCCW) not filtering routes properly. Also advertising everything at /24 isn't going to help any and would in fact just make things worse.
