Comments on news posted 2008-04-25 09:45:26: Little Rock based Windstream Communications just updated their website to show they are now offering a new DSL tier of 12Mbps down and 1Mbps up. They're also now offering all of their tiers (including the new 12Mbps tier) for $19. ..
