Perhaps rather get congestion due to too much fiber in the sewers, the sewer pipes should be used as a waveguide/coaxial cable, just aim a Yagi antenna at toilet staring down into it, perhaps it can be called WC-Fi (WiC-Fi), for Water Closet Fidelity. |
