Battle of caps and traffic shaping?

Then yeah, Time Warner is prepared to battle FiOS.

If it's a battle of performance and value? They get their ass kicked.

Funny how a talking point of cable's ads was that there was no "contract". Now it is a "price lock" and it is a good thing.

Re: Battle of caps and traffic shaping?

Especially in the NY area market where I believe they're selling 50/20 for $90 or something. Here Verizon maxes out at 30/15 for a whopping $140.

WiMax Open Patents pool!

Thumbs up!

Sometimes, it's better to just work around the system rather then try and deal with it head on. This is a great idea for getting WiMax adoption sped up. By pooling their patents they can focus on equipments and solutions without worrying about getting hit with a massive infringement lawsuit out of left field....
