Why would you need a beating heart? They've been said to sue internet connected printers. Nothing to stop them from suing someone who has died either - they can try to collect from the dead person's estate. It would be such an easy case since the deceased could obviously not testify in his/her own behalf. I'd love to see the flack if they tried to sue a teenager who had supposedly downloaded ONE song, and sue him 3 months after he/she died and tried to get the money from his/her parents.
