How do we know that they are not implementing this now and just not telling people about it? Not just the ISPs listed above but other such as Verizon or Charter etc.? As and end user I have no way (that I know of) for me to know if my packets are getting read like that. |

Congress is concerned at the moment with appearing to be interested in voters due to upcoming elections. In reality, if NebuAd and their supporters pay enough, they will be allowd to go ahead. Congress is interested in business and money. |

NSA most likely has a sniffer on most ISP's at the major nodes, and can pick off whatever traffic they want.

No, it's worse than being overrun by Republicans. They are overrun by Democrats who don't have the spine enough to stand up for their principals. At least with Republicans you could at least claim that this is stuff they really believe in.
