I refuse to pay DSL prices

If I just use dial-up for e-mail and web-surfing, there is no sense for me to pay anything more than I already am. I get unlimited accelerated dial-up for $10.95 monthly with allthepower.net and I could not be happier. Sure downloads are still slow, but I don't download much of anything except Windows updates. For web-surfing, I compared it to the lowest-priced DSL and found little difference.
