PC game market dead??? What drugs was he on?

Far from dead, and you can copy any console game and burn it then use it on a modded console. There are some online limitations for play3 and xbox180, but you still can play them.

Consoles are not immune under your theory

Used games

If they're going to go after PC pirates, they need to go after companies like Gamestop. If you buy a game new, that money goes to the developer/publisher/others. If you buy a used game from Gamestop, all that money goes right back to Gamestop, there isn't any of it that goes to the developers/publishers/others. How is that not the same? I believe Gamestop made over eight billion dollars in 2007. A good chunk of that should've went to the developers but didn't.
