Water sensitive label?

Water sensitive label? That for if someone drops their phone in the toilet and tries to RMA it, they can say no?

Exactly.... PalmTreo's have this feature too.

Edit: Well, maybe "feature" isn't the right word, but you get my meaning...

Yep, might have to look into this phone to replace my Sidekick 3.

Now, how much are the plans?

That's what I would like to know as I am considering ditching my blackberry for one of these...

All Blackberries do too - I think it's standard across the board on pretty much any decent phone these days.

Too bad I don't consider Treo's as a descent phone... They suck.

i dont know if i'm ready to ditch my bb (altho i do want to ditch my pearl and get something newer). I'm (im)patiently waiting for news on the Thunder. I thought that was launching in the coming months as well. anything with google involved makes me a little leary.

Re: Water sensitive label?

Yep.. All phones have it now.. To many water damaged phones getting returned (I know i've done it in the past)

many have the label burried inside and the only way to find it is to take the thing apar into many pieces. Nextel (Motorola)was good for this.

Got a Treo too. Had it 3 days and I Craig's Listed it.

I hated it. I knew from the moment I opened the box, it was a mistake.

I dropped my BlackBerry in the water twice this past summer, while on the lake and swimming. It was both actually in the same lake, and the 2nd time I had to go get it on the bottom, so it took about 2 minutes, because it was dark.

Anyway, I just removed the battery after the first time it fell it, so the 2nd time it fell in it didn't have a battery in it. I brought it home and poured distilled water all over it, and then let it dry for about 24 hours and now it works just as good as new.

I have used distilled water then followed it up with rubbing alcohol, dismantled, and let dry. Worked!

I just can't see anything that special....

It is nice looking, but I guess I am just a bit hesitant of something put out by Google. After seeing the ToS in Chrome, I was put off. I don't use Gmail either.

There would just have to be something pressing that my BB or iPhone doesn't have to make the move away from AT&T and these two devices.

3G In Philly???

I'll believe it when I see it.
T-Mobile is setting up their new sites for 3G, but the remainder of their network is still 2G/GSM.

They better start to deploy their 3G/UMTS/HSDPA 3G equipment soon, or I'll be the first to cry FOUL as to their market launches.

Agressive Data Pricing plan?

I'm interested in the data plan. To be able to use gmail for a low price compared to blackberry email service would be great!!!!
