not fair points at all.

Comparing articles and tech for HOME use to use for a BUSINESS is a moot point. So if you want to back up the server that is 500 TB then it needs a line specifically designed for that use. At&t has the ability to do that. So does VZ.

Opinion is just a word people hide behind to try and justify them believing stupid things. It sure is easy to believe in something completely and totally stupid, say it's your "Opinion" and then everyone has to respect it.

att has FTTN as well as FTTP

If you have a new home development then you can get uverse fiber straight to the house to your ONT. Second.. In the city of Chicago there is a building with a Vrad in the basement. Serving 16 floors and 200 customers with basically fiber to the house. If att wanted to they could give every one of those customers 50 meg internet speed or the ability to watch how ever many HD channels you want.

Uverse is going to work. Its in its beginning stages it still has to have all the kinks ironed out. Other then that its a solid product.

As I see it there is currently 0 competition to stop comcast from dominating the HIGH speed market (at least in my area)

No one has the technology to catch up and all comcast has to do when not rolling out Docsis 3.0 is just knock it up to 16/1 - 16/2 and it's still above the rest..

The bad news is without question that if there is 0 competitors to compete on the speed that is needed.. (the constant demand of bandwidth will continue to rise) that it will be ass raping $$$
