Comments on news posted 2000-12-21 09:39:56: Press release here. Telocity will be picked up for $2.15/share in cash ($180 million) by Hughes Satellite, of DirecTV fame. A sign of hope, perhaps, for some of the other CLECs trading below a buck. Telocity shares last traded at $1.41. ..
