[Connectivity] define new customer?

How long do you need to be disconnected from Comcast HSI in order to qualify for deals that are specifically for "new customers"?

You only have to be disconnected for 60 days.
Then you can get any new customer deal out there.:)

Which is consistent with the fine print here: »www.comcastoffers.com , assuming the customer was in good standing (I believe that it is a year for those who got the boot for certain TOS violations, although my understanding is that modem uncapping results in a permanent ban).

That's good to know! Thanks for the link. Although the april 30th cutoff is too soon for me, I will keep an eye out for future deals.
