Their speed rating numbers for the Phoenix and San Diego area had been abnormally higher than avergae for quite a while before the announcement.<br><br>There are also quite a few other companies operating cable networks with higher bandwidth (OOL for example).  Hopefully this forces the rest of the cable operators to take notice.]]></description>
