I can't stand this, I actually switched to MCI under the impression that they had DSL in my area. Come to find out they don't. Does anyone have knowledge of what MCI is doing about expansion?
From what I've seen with Cyberonic's MCI service, you don't want it!! Basic router overloads ,and attendant heavy packet loss and high latency, go on for weeks or months without being addressed.The example here(»/quality/nil/1396997) has been this way for 2 weeks , and when I first signed up, speed was half or one fourth of normal for 3 months !!
