Go... no go... wanna try again?

Signed on about a month ago. No service yet. A US Worst (West) rep appeared about a week after my initial call and then... NOTHING.

I called and asked Bazillion what was up and they said I had some serious technical issues ("load coils" to remove). They also said the fix was up to US Worst. It usually takes a couple of months and dances between Covad and US Worst (now QWorst) to get the service installed. I was welcome to re-submit my order or cancel it when Covad finally let me know about the service delay.

Bazillion was very up front about the issue and asked me if I wanted to keep my dial-up service (@ $14.95/month) while I waited. I said sure- then turned around and called AT&T. I'll be installed in two days with free install and service until 2001. Hmmm... tough decision- NOT!
