1,500/384 Package

Since you brought it up, VOL should start upgrading this package to 3,000/384.
Compared to the rest of the industry the price they charge for this tier is a rip-off.
There aren't a heck of a lot of customers who opt for this package. It might be a good place to start line upgrades.

CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?????????

I don't really mind 1.5mbit down, it's the 128kbps laughable upstream that lost them this customer.

I would gladly switch back if they offered 1.5/384 for a competitive price. However, if we're talking the old business package (which I had in CT), it was $89 per month, and there was no "residential" tier with anything higher than 128kbps upload.

Could someone please clarify this? Thanks.

The 1.5/384 should be their new Base package for Residential service. Not sure how they are going to price it for businesses.
