| Flapping routers Don't use this ISP if you depend on your connectivity for anything. This
past month our DSL has gone down every Sunday. It currently has been
down for over 12 hours. Outages last anywhere from 1 hour to 12 hours or
more. Their support staff are not there on the weekend and during the
week they have one support person who has to handle anything. I signed
up to have my DNS hosted by them and I had to get on the phone and
hand-hold them through the records so they were correct. Took a week and
a half to get the MX record correct. Their staff are very nice once you
finally reach someone, but it is definately a "mom and pop" type
organization and not reliable. |
