<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/672928"><b>StreetSpirit</b></A> : I don't really mind 1.5mbit down, it's the 128kbps laughable upstream that lost them this customer.<br><br>I would gladly switch back if they offered 1.5/384 for a competitive price. However, if we're talking the old business package (which I had in CT), it was $89 per month, and there was no "residential" tier with anything higher than 128kbps upload.<br><br>Could someone please clarify this? <description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/488877"><b>Voyager2K2</b></A> : Since you brought it up, VOL should start upgrading this package to 3,000/384.<br>Compared to the rest of the industry the price they charge for this tier is a rip-off.<br>There aren't a heck of a lot of customers who opt for this package.
