First, please download CWShredder from here but don't do anything with it yet:

Next, please print out these instructions and then disconnect from the internet.

Next, start Reglite again and copy and paste this into the address bar, then click "Go":

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows

In the left pane, highlight "Windows" and right-click it, choosing "rename". Change the name to NotWindows and hit enter, it will ask you if you want to make the change, click Yes. Now, back in the right pane, double-click the AppInit_Dlls value and highlight and delete the C:\WINDOWS\System32\d3dop.dll value in the value box then hit Apply and Ok. Right-click "NotWindows" in the left pane, choose rename, and change the name back to Windows, then ok that change, close Reglite and reboot.

After rebooting, start Reglite again and paste that key name, then double-click on AppInit_DLLs again in the right pane. If it worked correctly, the c:\windows\system32\d3dop.dll value should no longer be there. Close Reglite, then open the C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder in explorer. The d3dop.dll file should now be visible. In order to delete it, you'll need to first move it into a different folder, so cut and paste it elsewhere, then delete it.

If and only if you're successful in deleting that file, please then run CWShredder (click the Fix button when you run it).

Reconnect to the internet, then please post back with whether that was successful.

If the file was deleted, please post a new Hijack This log, a log from the Find All.bat file we used before and the value and size shown for AppInit_Dlls in Reglite.

Zupe I also tried your solution to no avail. After I closed Reglite after changing the value, it would just be restored again. Here's logs from Find-All and HJT:
