Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on

Fool me once, shame on me.

Fool me twice, shame on you.

1. If you find it so inadequate, why have you purchased it so many times?

Obviously for the same reason as the rest of us -- you and me and nobody has written as good a product yet.

2. Since when is suseptibility to vandalism a product defect?

SP2 contains fixes to make the product more vandal resistant.

If you were waiting for Ford or GM to do a recall to install vandal-proof features on their vehicles you would be laughed at.

But asking nerds to fix your vandalism problems for free -- that is something you can con them into.
