Where was DSL "invented"? Other countries are good at adopting and perhaps improving on the technologies the U.S. creates and implements. But I wouldn't call that innovation. -- A good idea expressed in a poor manner is a bad idea. |

These Standards were approved over a year ago and chipsets have been developed and are being offered to the Baby Bells as we speak. With the drop in costs of implementing technology the business viability of this form of DSL is probably much better than what the Baby Bells offer now. Better reach, higher speeds, more products to be sold down the channels.
