Bazillion customer service was amazing! The service rep I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. It took 3 weeks for my hook-up when I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Yip, very impressive!! The connection has been very dependable in 1.5 weeks i've had DSL. I recommend giving Bazillion a try if you are unsure about all the different providers! Oh yeah, the free long distance minutes they are currently giving away with their serive is a huge plus!
