| Line capped by ASI After spending hours on the phone with SBC tech support to figure out why my DSL seems to be maxed out at 275/Down, 90/Up (773-342-XXXX; 60622 Zip Code (Chicago)), I was told that my phone line was capped to 384 by ASI. Evidently, there is something wrong with the line coming into my building (old, dirty, lamp cord, string...?).
ASI mentioned that they could boost the line speed and I'd have good and bad days (good being a little better than what I'm experiencing, bad being sub-56k download speeds).
Is there any shot at getting an ASI tech to examine the inbound line?
