Please do not touch that customer's router. If you have to ask what a WAN ip is then you should not be in there.
WAN= Internet LAN= Local Network
If they have a WAN and a LAN then just tell them the wan ips go to the wan interface. Please do not attempt to configure this. Just transfer to tier 2.
