We can provide the settings for you to configure your device for port 1.
When you sign up, simply sign up under the BYOD option, select the Sipura
for your device, and enter 00E08AA0000 for the MAC address.

After you sign up, email support with your dta310 MAC address and your line
and we will set it up for you.

How did you set this up on the the BroadVoice end? I can dial but when I call it rings once then the link light goes out and the phone light stays solid. Then the line does not reset when I try to hang up.

Note: This device was never activated by Packet 8.
For the codecs you only checked 1 the 629 with silence off or on??
Also Hard rebot is power cycle right?
Soft reboot "Reset and execute Main Application" from the device menu?

dta frozen with firmware 11.34 when calling out,
with firmware 11.11, I can dial out, other party can hear me but I can't hear them

I never had Broadvoice but someone claim that these are the working settings:

-Hard reset your DTA
-Load 1111 firmware
-IP address: proxy.broadvoice.com
-Port: 5060
-Domain name: sip.broadvoice.com
-Send Registration Request: ON
-Dial Plan: 1xxxxxxxxxx!x.T (or default one)
-Transport: UDP
-Line1: BV phone number (xxx-xxx-xxxx)
-CallerID Name: full name
-Port: 5060
-AEC ON: ON
-User Name: phone number in this format: xxxxxxxxxx
-Password: Your SIP password, you need to call tech support ask them to send you, it's NOT your sign up password
-Codec: select 729 and default one
-soft reset your DTA
-Load 1124

Here is broadvoice's specs. So what is the answer cause its not working? Please reply if you did this successfull.

This aint' gonna work. Broadvoice blocked my IP and said tried to charege me some a legal fee. I hung up on him when he was about to puke to avoid fees (he too was sick). They said they don't support DTA310 and DTA's aren't generaly compatible.

I have to buy a generic router now.:p
Anyone know what this is? They sent me this too.

This is SOOO frustrating - I had the DTA 310 working fine on version 1234 with BV for two weeks, then *something* changed so that now it just locks up with any version I try from 1227 thru 1234. I really think something has changed on the Broadvoice servers, but this is not something they will look into. The DTA still works with Stanaphone (though call quality is disappointing), and people report good luck with ICH (Iconnecthere) and the DTA 310. I will really miss BV's plans and CallManager, but not enough to go out and buy another ATA.
