WOOOOHOOOOO I just had to downgrade to the old firmware and then upgrade to the newest once again, I AM SO ....ING HAPPY!!! Im free from packet8 like i wanted... I will give a rundown of all the stuff I had to do to get it to work.... |

So, was this an unlocked unit that you got to work ?
Waiting for the steps you followed. It could give some insight on how to break the DTA.

Now is the real test, f I got it working with ICH and you got it working with BV then there is a way to get it working with FWD, this is my setting that went one way audio, may be someone can help fix this problem

Montgomery, AL | Well well well, we are getting very close here, I Finlay resolved the one way audio with FWD, for the 1st time I got the DTA-310 working with FWD, I got perfect audio both ways, but.....one little problem here, the DTA can receive calls, has dialtone but will not dial out, I tried to change the dial plan but still no dial out, anyone with a good idea ?
here are my configuration that made the DTA works 2 way audio on FWD:

Montgomery, AL | I found out that the connection stays on if the IP address format is like fwd.pulver.com but if it is in 192.246.69.223 format it disconnects and then have to power off then on. |

| When you had the first port listed as 5060 could you dial out then? (even though you had one way audio)
Try switching the ports 5060, 5082 and see what happens. From looking at the sip settings, I'm not sure what the distinction is between the two port fields. Also an obvious question, are you sure you aren't getting some sort of port blocking or firewall interference? Maybe it'll work if you try the NAT sip server instead... fwdnat.pulver.com:5082 |

I got my DTA-310 working with ICH. I used natrelay.deltathree.com as the IP and Domain. It hasn't lost the connection once and it's been over a day. Voice quality is great and there seems to be no problems at all. I used the 12.34 firmware after setting the options with the old firmware. Also, I selected different codecs from the CODEC page... I'm just happy I can use this thing for something. I got it to work a while ago with FWD too, using their Outbound Proxy, but i have a Sipura that i use with FWD. |

Yes I was able to dial out when had 5060 in both fields, I tried switching but didn't work got no dialtone just busy, one way audio is not NAT problem I had the DTA in dmz server but still one way audio. if I try fwdnat.pulver.com only then will get a busy no dialtone. |

As I said earlier if the format is ".com" then it will not disconnect, "jniamehr" may ask BV to get the ".com" format of their server address.

I have the screenshots saved somewhere for the FWD stuff, I'll take a look...
I also just got my DTA-310 working correctly with Voicepulse Connect, both incoming and outgoing. I can call my Voicepulse Connect number and my phone rings perfectly. I use Connect with my asterisk box, but i thought i would check it out and see if it would work and it did.... Next I'm going to try to connect the DTA to my asterisk box as an extension. That should work without a problem. Ill keep you informed:) |
