I signed up with DSL Designs about a year ago. The guy at the tech support line got me going in minutes and the service has been extremely stable since! There have been the occasional outages - Most due to the phone company - But much fewer than I had with my dialup service and the support staff were highly responsive. No busy signals, the price is low and the speeds are awesome - I can not imagine going back to dialup.
