I posted my feelings on the 3Mb thread. I can't hang around anymore paying the same price for inferior bandwidth. Not including HellSouth, I have found:

These seem to have living and breathing operations and somewhat up to date information on their websites. I will try to find others. Netrox didn't list 3Mb but they may have it.

Netrox also has the 3mb tier now for $55 with an extra $5 for a static IP. |
