So if you already have a cell phone you cant get it, and unless you sign up for Verizon (which is expensive compared to other phone comps.) you cant get it. Not very naked, more like a DSL "mooning".
Not worth it with cell phone companies like cingular and sprint out there. Verizon wireless is not very popular in this area (from my experience atleast).
