So, help me out. I have VZ POTS, VZ Wireless and Comcast HSI. I want to switch to VZ DSL and get rid of my POTS. Can this be done? Even though I already have VZ Wireless? Even though I don't currently have DSL?

I spent over an hour trying to get info out of Verizon today: it's too soon, they're all clueless (as far as I can tell) and the best thing to do is wait until they figure out their ass from their elbows *then* ask what they sell. The one thing that appears consistent is the stand-alone DSL is only being offerred in (portions of) 10 NE states - including Mass so you ought to be able to buy it when they get their act together.
