I don't condone bashing any OS maker, but a modicum of truth given to users goes a long way toward keeping those users. Most people will patiently wait if Microsoft has a problem, acknowledges it, and goes about fixing it. Sugar-coating, denying responsibility, or even worse, saying nothing, will only further alienate users of the Wireless Zero Configuration service.
