NO TECH SUPPORT to support their many problems

My DSL has been down since yesterday in the morning.
The technical support is horrible. If you have PSN and have not needed it yet you are LUCKY because it is the worst service if you can even call it that.
First off if you call their support line there is a HORRIBLE PHONE SYSTEM And I am SICK OF THIS RADIO STATION in Arizona called "The KYOTE---SMOOOOOOOOOTH JAzz" that they play while you are on hold for hours at a time.

If you call in the morning they will not be there until 11:00 Eastern Time although their message says they are there at 7:00 AM Mountain time. Am I missing something?

It turns out that my problem occurred because
they didn't pay the bills from Level3 Communications!

Lots of LOST HOURS with technical support. Even when the DSL service is completely lost.

They are unable to support their network. Lost pings within their own network. From their local gateway to the DNS and web servers @ 92.5% success rate.
